Postpartum Support
As she settles into her new role, she might want for company, nourishment, support and words of wisdom…
These postpartum visits are always a slow pace - allowing mum to recover and heal, be nourished, have a break, have her belly bound and shoulders massaged, have food prepared and be able to spend time with her family and new baby - all while the important things are looked after.
Chats can be had about the birth, support is provided for her feeding journey, about her recovery, and referrals or suggestions can be made, always with encouragement and love.

referrals to trusted recovery practitioners
